Jackson Murphy - Director
Building has been part of Jackson's life from an early age. Growing up, school holidays and weekends were often spent on site helping his dad with his trade, where he developed an early interest in building, fixing, and understanding how things come together.
That interest led Jackson to a carpentry apprenticeship, and, in 2009, he was named Master Builders Apprentice of the Year, an early recognition of his commitment to the trade and the standard he set for his work.
After qualifying as a carpenter, Jackson went on to build more than 15 years of hands-on experience in residential construction. During that time, he worked extensively on architecturally designed homes and developed his skills in detailed renovations, extensions, and new builds while working alongside experienced builders and skilled tradespeople.
Those years on site gave Jackson a strong understanding of carpentry and the wider construction process, from interpreting plans and solving complex building challenges to coordinating trades and understanding the level of planning and workmanship required to deliver a quality home.
In 2022, Jackson achieved a long-term goal of becoming a licensed builder, building on the practical experience and knowledge developed throughout his career.
Today, he brings more than 19 years of industry experience to every project, with a hands-on approach, practical problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
